Contractors who sign up to receive leads through BetterHomePro or any related contractor-facing platform.

Both are covered by this policy. Certain sections apply specifically to one group and are labeled accordingly.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

From Homeowners

When you submit a quote request you provide us with:

Phone number

Email address

Service address

Type of home service requested

Property details relevant to your request

From Contractors

When you register or purchase leads you provide us with:

Full name and business name

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

For Homeowners

We use your information to:

Match you with licensed home service contractors in your area

Deliver your request to one or more contractors depending on the lead type

Send you a confirmation of your submission via SMS or email

Improve our matching and lead quality systems

Comply with applicable laws

For Contractors

We use your information to:

Create and manage your account

Deliver leads to you in real time

Process payments and issue invoices

Send account updates, lead notifications, and service communications

Improve lead quality and campaign performance

4. LEAD DISTRIBUTION AND HOMEOWNER CONSENT

When a homeowner submits a form through BetterHomeQuotes or any landing page operated by Orys Consulting LLC, they consent to having their information shared with one or more licensed home service contractors for the purpose of receiving quotes, estimates, and follow-up communications related to their service request.

By submitting the form, homeowners expressly agree to be contacted by phone, email, and SMS by contractors who receive their information, even if their number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry.

Consent is not required as a condition of any purchase.

Orys Consulting LLC reserves the right to share homeowner lead information with more than one contractor depending on the lead type selected by the contractor. Contractors who purchase exclusive leads receive that lead exclusively. Contractors who purchase non-exclusive leads acknowledge that the same homeowner information may be shared with a limited number of other contractors.

Orys Consulting LLC also reserves the right to resell or redistribute lead information that has not been closed within 30 days to additional contractors or third-party buyers, provided that homeowner consent language on the applicable form covers such distribution. Contractors who receive recycled or secondary leads are informed of the lead type at the time of purchase.

5. TCPA CONSENT AND COMMUNICATIONS

By submitting your information through any form operated by Orys Consulting LLC or its brands, you expressly consent to receive communications from Orys Consulting LLC, BetterHomeQuotes, BetterHomePro, and contractors who receive your information via:

Telephone calls including automated or prerecorded calls

SMS and text messages including automated text messages

Email

This consent applies even if your number appears on a Do Not Call registry.

You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any SMS, following the unsubscribe link in any email, or contacting us directly at [email protected].

With Service Providers — We share information with third parties who operate services on our behalf including payment processors, CRM platforms, hosting providers, email and SMS delivery services, and analytics providers. These parties are contractually required to protect your information.

For Legal Compliance — We may disclose information to comply with applicable law, respond to legal process, or protect the rights and safety of Orys Consulting LLC and others.

In Business Transfers — If Orys Consulting LLC or any of its brands is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

With Your Consent — We may share information with additional parties when you have given explicit consent.

We do not sell personal information to third-party data brokers for independent marketing purposes.

8. DATA SECURITY

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use strong passwords and protect your account credentials.

We retain homeowner lead information for as long as necessary to fulfill our service obligations and comply with legal requirements. Contractor account information is retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and accounting purposes.
